The aim of the game is to pot the nine ball. Pot it legally at any point in the game, and you win., on each shot, the cue ball must hit the lowest numbered ball on the table first. If any ball is potted you get another turn. It is a foul if the cue ball hits the wrong balls first. It is a foul if the cue enters a pocket.
