A plain infection turned out to be a big problem when you were treated with the wrong medicine. You are turned into zombie and this day will become the bloodiest in the history of the city. Eat other citizens and still your hunger.
The wrong treatment caused an unexpected result for you, nurses and the doctor. You felt really bad, but this is over and the only feeling you experience is hunger. You are the zombie now! Run on the streets of the city and still the hunger, eat people around you or turn them into zombies, but beware of cops and soldiers that want to kill you.
