Simple people will do anything possible to stop those, who try to ruin the fragile balance. What would you do, if you saw a terrorist that is trying to blow the bomb? Stop him now, before it's too late!

There are many ways to stop him and some of them are too bloody and brutal even for the bravest people. However, you should stop him now, otherwise he will just blow everything around.
