Bizarre object-balancer. "Hang things on the hangers and keep them out of the water", comments B3ta, drily. "If you keep the whole lot dry for long enough you'll get another thing to add to your fishy mobile."
It may not sound like much, but this is one of the most strangely compelling puzzles we've seen since Grow - it's all about trying to work out which objects are heavy enough to balance the other ones (and how they could be "persuaded" to do so), until you finally fish out the last item - the giant floating god-head - and the sun comes out and you get a round of applause.
