Twisted City

This twisted city needs you to make it easier travel through it. You need rotate the land and build the shortest way to the destination point.

Complete the game by rotating land squares with roads inside. This is what you need to do in the game, but the goal of it is reaching the destination point in in time. Make the shortest route and make sure that you will spend less moves.
